Delivery Timeline
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days across Nepal. Kathmandu Valley typically receives orders in 3–5 days.
Do you ship outside Nepal?
Currently we only ship within Nepal. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram for updates.
Is shipping free?
Varies according to the Location.
Order Processing
When will my order be processed?
Since every piece is made to order, processing takes 3–7 business days before dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customersupport@thexeviwi.com and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. If possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Because every item is pre order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Email us at customersupport@thexeviwi.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement to you.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Exchanges for a different size are only accepted if the size you received matches the size you originally provided in your order. If we sent the correct size based on the measurements you submitted, the item is not eligible for a size exchange.
