1. Overview

By using the Thexe Viwi website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Thexe Viwi is a made-to-order denim brand based in Nepal. All sales are subject to the conditions below.

2. Products & Orders

All products are made to order. Once an order is confirmed, production begins and changes may not be possible after 24 hours. Product images are representative — minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our items.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

4. Payment

We accept payments via FonePay and Khalti. Payment must be completed before production begins. Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.

5. Shipping

We ship within Nepal only. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control. Shipping is free on all orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Refunds or replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order with supporting photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, designs, text, and branding — is the property of Thexe Viwi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Thexe Viwi's liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
